Watching is the how we start in Spiritual warfare.
When something I see different whether in the World my city my home my church or in myself I ask God to expose the spirit of the thing. God will always show if we watch what the Spirit of it is. Sometimes what we see is just something new that God is doing. Sometimes what we see is simply something new. Sometimes it is good what we see and sometimes it is not. This weekend in the world there was something that is still in action that we have to pray for but how do we pray.
For an example in the news this week is the Mall in Nairobi under siege, last toll 60+ dead and thousands injured it has literally put the entire city in someway under siege. Here's the problem there is too much information from news sources it is often hard to hear from God. Before you even start looking over the new pray Holy Spirit I ask you expose to me the spirit that is behind what is happening in this situation. In this particular situation it is not just or even about Nairobi it's about something much bigger then the mall siege. We could also believe that it is all about prejudice against race,It's not. It may be Religious AL-Qaeda or African Qaeda. So how do we figure out how to pray for this situation? The answer is watch and pray. So here I go I am going to show you some news coverage and what God has shown me in comparison to what the news is saying.
I am only going to share the links to the news posts please if you like look them up they are news so may not be available later in the month.

"Two "terrorists" had been killed on Monday, he added. Another assailant had died on Saturday.
The gunmen came from "all over the world", Kenya's military chief said, adding: "We are fighting global terrorism here."".......................
................Western powers have been alarmed by a spread of al-Qaida-linked violence across Africa, from Nigeria and Mali in the west, though Algeria and Libya in the north to Somalia and now Kenya in the east..............
..............Nairobi saw one of the first major attacks by al-Qaida, when it killed more than 200 people with a bomb at the US embassy. And while some analysts said the latest raid may show al Shabaab lashing out in its weakness after the successes of Kenyan troops in Somalia, the risk of further international violence remains.
...............On Sunday, President Kenyatta said 10 to 15 assailants were holding an unknown number of hostages in one location, apparently the supermarket. On Monday, it was not clear whether they may be more dispersed, including on the upper floors.
So what is it I see here that this is likely very little to do with Nairobi except for 2 connections one is the international communities and the 2 western world.
What might be important here more then anything is this comes from the Jerusalem Post
Let look at another post
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/nairobi-terrorist-attacks-live-updates-2294469
Nairobi terrorist attacks: Live updates as Kenyan forces mount gun battle to end shopping mall crisis
This post comes from an UK paper the MirrorWhat makes this article stand out for me although isn't what is in it but what isn't in it. The UK Islamic population is very high so they are extremely careful about calling anything linked to al-Qaida, unless the rest of the world declare it so and then they tread lightly.

Although The Canadian paper The Star does report the mall attack and relates it to the US embassy bombing 15 years ago it still treads around with soft shoes.
So if all we do is look at the news and not at the word of God. then we could wind up blaming people and not spirits.
We know that at sometime there will be a war between Magog and Gog.

There is no way for me to give you all the information about this so I suggest you do some research for yourself. This is the nature of watching on a world sense. It is not just looking into the air and expecting to see something it is looking at the world. How are different people groups reporting on it watch some news broadcasts, and look up the Biblical connection. Today with the internet and Google and other search engines just start typing in things like al-Qaida bible prophecy don't believe everything you see as a matter of fact unless you understand it from your Bible then just watch, don't believe anything.
Unless you already have been watching this then lets stop there with information and decide how to pray As you grow as a watchmen you will start to see that everything in the world centers around 1 thing in 2 parts
1. Jerusalem
2. God Kingdom on Earth (His Church) And it's relation to the Gospel
When the Bible talks about Jerusalem it is taking about the physical Jerusalem and the Church.
Psalms 122:6,7
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
“May they prosper who love you.
7 Peace be within your walls,
Prosperity within your palaces.”
So we can always pray for peace.
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%2016,17&version=NKJV
There is here also a spirit against Israel that goes back in the Bible between Isaac and Ishmael. or today Islam and Israel.
So the first thing we can pray is for peace in this situation. Also that it would end.
Next what is the spirit in Genesis 7:22 it talks about the spirit of life and of death I think it is pretty clear that there is a spirit of death In the situation at the mall so we can take authority and loose that spirit off the nation and off this situation and bind to it a spirit of life.
Another spirit at work here is the oppression the anguish of spirit and of Cruel bondage.
Exodus 6:9
So Moses spoke thus to the children of Israel; but they did not heed Moses, because of anguish of spirit and cruel bondage.
All of Africa has for most if not all of it's history been covered with a spirit of oppression slavery and bondage.
Now to do outside the news of the world to see what God has been doing. There were genocides in Cambodia, Kenya, Rwanda Darfur and the Congo. This nation needs to have a influx of the Holy Spirit and a move of God. It's happening! Many groups are there now leading people to Christ, feeding people, and ministering to people. We can also pray for that and this situation. This attack on the mall has killed people from around the world here in Canada we know of 2 people dead. This has the possibility to stop people from going to minister. We need to Plead or cover The Kingdom of God in the Nation of Rwanda, to increase it's work and it's territory to widen it's growth.
One thing in common in almost every new cast from where ever is that this attack is a distraction. However so far they haven't spoke out on a natural level from what? On a spiritual level it is clear it is a distraction to stop the move of God there.
Okay this is a simple work on a complex subject and little by little we will talk about these issue. Right now I am assuming many of you are new to this so I will go slow. If you have input for me then I would love to hear from you. krekedal55@gmail.com
do not use vulgar language as at the first word I will delete it. May the Law of kindness be on your lips or fingers. However if you disagree I am always interested to hear why.
Time to Pray, Pray for peace, Pray for the forces of the enemy the Spirit of death the Spirit of Murder, The spirit of Oppression and anguish be broken and that the spirit of Life and the Holy Spirit move in this situation. Plead the blood over the work of God in Kenya and all of Africa.
Also if you are watching and know or see something I haven't written remember you may be more experienced then the level then I am teaching at. However I would still love to hear what you have to say again krekedal@gmail.com
Although maybe not as big as 911 it has impacted the world
